How to read this monitor

1. Sync cycleCheck status, active dates, failures, and last update first. A running cycle with no update for a long time needs attention.

2. Feed deliveryOne row confirms a platform/date snapshot reached central Mongo. “Clock offset” means source and server clocks differ; it is not a failed transfer.

3. Backfill queueSet High to process first, Normal for regular work, Low for non-urgent work. Queue saves the priority; Remove prevents the agent from processing that request.

4. HistoryCompare requests with resolutions. “Legacy / unspecified” identifies an old record where no date was stored, rather than showing a misleading blank date.

Automatic mail is controlled in Admin Monitor and uses the server’s configured IST time (13:30 by default). The backend checks yesterday’s Regular and Prime reports separately, then retries every 15 minutes until midnight. Each report is sent once only when its counts and proxy sources are complete, SMTP is ready, and active recipients are saved. Prime mail has a separate “Prime Day” subject; incomplete Prime source data blocks only the Prime email. The same saved active To/CC/BCC recipients are used for both daily and monthly reports. Manual monthly mail uses the checked recipients below.
